Features Found Only On Bondtrac

• Historical data and trade history for all bond types. Fine-tune your search by bringing up history for this month, this year or anytime. Official Statement (O.S.) available for approximately 85% of our inventory. You can download, print or fax this information or email it directly to a client.
• MSRB History and Summary for the majority of our Municipal bonds, including key components of the trading history for that bond such as "Trade Type".
• Live News Feed in multiple categories and Daily Bond Commentary from several respected sources.
• Live Yield Summary updates for Treasuries, Corporates, Agencies and Municipals with corresponding yield charts and histograms.

Bondtrac Order Manager

• Trading becomes 100% electronic, with traders still in complete control of the order.
• Traders simply click a button to send the customer or broker an instantaneous electronic message, letting them know that the trade is completed (or canceled).
• Order manager's built-in messenger enables customer or broker to send a message or instructions with their order that the trader will see when viewing the order.
• The trader can reply to the message or send a message back to the customer or broker after the order has been confirmed or canceled.
• All order history is saved for future viewing: the trader simply enters date parameters to view any historical trade placed through Bondtrac's order manager.

Portfolio Analysis

• Create customer portfolios and add offerings from Bondtrac inventory or your own proprietary data. Create portfolio summaries and view information at a glance, including "bond type", "credit rating", "maturity" and graphs such as "cash flow generation" and "maturity schedule" for all of the bonds in the portfolio.
• Record and track customer's current fixed-income holdings and generate portfolio reports to illustrate proposed additions or changes to the portfolio.
• Generate an entirely new bond portfolio for a prospective client to demonstrate capabilities.
• Model a client's outside holdings and generate proposals to consolidate those holdings in an account with your firm.
• Allow your customers to create their own portfolios and add, edit and delete the holdings within them.

Inventory

• Robust bond inventory of thousands of Municipal, Corporate, Agency, Zeros, Internationals, US Treasury and CD market offerings daily, received from over 350 offering dealers.
• Inventory continuously updated throughout the day. If no updates are received, the offerings are removed from our system after 24 hours.
• More than 25 live feeds for Treasuries, Municipals, Corporates, Agencies and CD's.
• Offering dealers can update inventory themselves directly through their Bondtrac system, or they can email, fax or phone-in their updates.
• Historical data can be accessed for the majority of bonds in our inventory, simply by entering in a CUSIP number. Your search can be modified by selecting all history, this month's history or this year's history.
• View a detailed security description for each offering and use the integrated bond calculator to analyze it or mark it up.

Reports

• Generate reports with your personal and company contact information and company logo.
• Choose from a variety of report and formats directly from our query form or change to a different report from the results page.
• Email customer reports from the reports results page simply by clicking the email button and entering in the appropriate email address.
• View reports formatted as web pages, for printing or in presentation layout.
• Sort and edit lists quickly and easily.

Query System

• Multiple query systems for your workstyle: the default query page which is the "Expanded Search" to access numerous additional search criteria not offered by our competitors such as "Bond Form", "Security Type", "Refunding Type", etc. Run quick queries from our "Abridged" query page to search by more condensed search criteria.
• Save your queries and go directly to the "Saved" button to run your pre-set queries without having to re-enter your search information.
• Choose to have your saved query automatically emailed to you at specific, pre-determined times each day, by Bondtrac's "auto notify" feature. This way you will be automatically emailed with the search results of your queries as often as you like, even hourly.
• Choose to limit offerings that may be queried by your brokers or customers with specific rules such as: only bonds with certain ratings or higher; do not include any defaulted bonds; or, display only offerings meeting certain criteria.

Matrices

• Create and save "Matrices" and easily apply them in your query definition page or add markups on a per bond basis from the bond detail page. Determine whether your markup will represent dollars, percents or basis points.
• Define pre-set matrices that automatically apply their chosen markups to all offerings viewed by internal broker and/or customer groups.
