The maturity minimum and maximum range fields allow the entry of values in a number of different forms:
Typing in the number of years (i.e. 5 year minimum and a 10 year maximum) will include any bonds with maturities ranging from 5 to 10 years ahead, relative to the current date. Typing in the actual year (i.e., minimum maturity of 2004 and a maximum maturity of 2009) will include any bonds with maturities ranging from January 1, 2004 to December 31, 2009. Typing in the actual date (i.e., 1/15/2004 minimum and 1/15/2009 maximum) will include any bonds within those parameters. This can be typed a number of ways:
Both dates do not have to be entered. It is possible to use only a minimum or maximum maturity date to filter the offerings returned. Click Here for Automated Tutorial |
