Queries that are run frequently may be assigned a name or title and saved for later re-use by each user. This title is displayed at the top of the query results to identify the list to the recipient.

A title is required in order to save the search parameters. Give your saved queries meaningful and descriptive titles so that they can be distinguished from one another on the Saved Search list.
